Radiation-Tolerant Electronics
Zero-G Devices is our brand who's purpose is to provide radiation-qualified commercial electronics tailored for the size-weight and performance (SWaP) objectives of performance driven space programs at an economic price point.
Our portfolio currently comprises of a family of logic devices including logic gates, buffers, flip-flops, inverters, transceivers, decoders, and more. These CMOS circuits have been qualified for single-event latchup (SEL) immunity with heavy ion irradiation. They offer cutting-edge performance, small footprint, and radiation tolerance, which make them uniquely suited for many space missions.
Our product line also features a wide selection of discrete bipolar junction transistor (BJT). These devices have been lot-qualified to 50 Krad, which provides an extra layer of traceability for radiation assurance not typically available for up-screened COTS or automotive-grade devices.
