Radiation-Tolerant Electronics
Zero-G Devices is our brand who's purpose is to provide radiation-qualified commercial electronics tailored for the size-weight and performance (SWaP) objectives of performance driven space programs at an economic price point.
Our portfolio currently comprises of a family of logic devices including logic gates, buffers, flip-flops, inverters, transceivers, decoders, and more. These CMOS circuits have been qualified for single-event latchup (SEL) immunity with heavy ion irradiation. They offer cutting-edge performance, small footprint, and radiation tolerance, which make them uniquely suited for many space missions.
We also feature a wide selection of discrete bipolar junction transistor (BJT). These devices have been lot qualified to 50 Krad, which provides an extra layer of traceability for radiation assurance not typically available for up-screened COTS or automotive-grade devices.
